Planned book production milestones:
March: Work on final rewrites and editing
April: Work on publishing and promotions for the book
May: Make available digitally (planned Kindle and iTunes) and publishing on demanding for those who are willing to pay more for a physical copy

And no, I will not commit to additional stories (or a book collection 2) until I've sold a ridiculously low amount of copies to prove to me that I'm not committing complete financial loss on this. So please support and spread the word!

Update: As noted on the general CoG thread, instead of focusing on rewriting the difficult "Damon" with the mind-bubbling "Purity" story instead. "Purity" will be book only.

Placed my order today for a new logo design with my go-to vendor Logo Loft. A point of no return in my mind.

Hopefully I will get it in time for the promo postcards I want to create for Wonder Con.

I had a bit of writer's block while working on part 2 of the 3 part "Impure" story. But now full steam ahead. Oh yeah, and it is the new title of the "Purity" story. This is what happens when I post things in draft timelines.

Also posted the draft "Welcome To This World", which talks about the point of story and the rules of this world.

And my new logo is in revision process. I'm excited! I think it'll work well for what I want.

Just an update: If my job doesn't completely explode in the next 12 hours, I should be done with creative editing this weekend and will then give the book to others for the boring grammar and general proofing editing. Whew!

This will free up my brain to launch the next online story as well as go back to posting some more LGBT media reviews/comments, of which I have a huge backlog.

Okay, lesson learned with work for the past two weeks (and drama happening through this weekend): never plan to work on a book at the same time when four of your actual-job-that-pays-the-bills-and-then-some projects all decide to hit the fan (a couple of them several times in a row.)

So with that new found wisdom, I realized I needed to push the ebook availability until June, (it was going to be late May anyway.)

Now I'm going to scurry back into my little writer's burrow...

Creative editing is done! Now preparing manuscript for professional copy/proof editing. Looks good to make my early June publishing date!
